With budgets squeezed and an often severe lack of technical training personnel, Thane Engineering Support Services provide experienced trainers with many years of local and international exposure. Thane Engineering Support Services can assist in all your facilitation requirements. Within the Facilitation function, Thane Engineering Support Services provides a Training Management facility which can be contracted on an hourly basis. Thane Engineering Support Services will undertake to co-ordinate career path planning, succession planning and the associated training activities, block release programs, trainee technician programs and learnership contracts. This facility is available for minimum contracts of one year or multiples thereof and as little as five hours per week.
